Our Team

CTS operates under the policy direction of a seven-member, community-based Board of Directors and a seven-member Board of Experts. Mr. Desmond Irving, President, leads a team of 44 dedicated professionals and support staff. Our team of program directors, assessors, case managers, job developers, instructors and mentors work together to meet the needs of participants, employers and society.
