As a Human Service Practitioner, David feels it’s incumbent upon him to share his accomplishments and lessons with those who follow on the path of successful re-entry. His ultimate goal is to go from “The Pen… to PENN.” David firmly believes that no matter how low we get in life, we can always change things around, because we are greater than our circumstances.
