Connection Training Services, Philadelphia, has received a Face Forward 2 grant from the U.S. Department of Labor to serve as an Intermediary funding & administration organization to three nonprofit sub-grantees to provide services for 625 pre-adjudicated & adjudicated delinquent juveniles ages 14 to 24 in a) West Philadelphia including the Promise Zone; b) Chester City and c) Camden, N.J.
$4.25 million is available for diversion and expungement programs to include assessment, case management, education, vocational training, mentoring, job readiness, employment & other services.
