YOUTH PRE-APPRENTICESHIP

Connection Training Services Pre-Apprenticeship Program serves youth and young adults with a secondary credential in the Philadelphia Community from ages 16-24.  The program engages participants through supporting a career path into the construction trades and into the related air sealing and insulation technician fields. Participants will receive weekly stipends and Septa Key Cards. Connection Training Services’ program approach includes a partnership with the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) for pre-certified training, and several supportive service providers. The program will provides leadership development, job skills, employment placement and job retention services in collaboration with multiple construction companies throughout the City of Philadelphia.
